Applicable to U5-U6 Clinic Players

In times of inclement weather, please call the Board of Education Field Status Hotline Saturday morning to check if fields are open before dressing your child for soccer. The number is 410-313-6827. The recorded message is generally updated by 8AM. If the recording does not mention the current date by 8AM, try again 10 minutes later. If the recording has still not been updated, assume that the field status last announced remains in effect.

1) If fields are closed, SAC HC will not conduct clinic.
2) If fields are open at referee or official's discretion...
- U6 teams will normally conduct clinic
- U5 teams will make a determination based on current conditions and U5 Coaches or District Coordinators will contact players if clinic is canceled.

Each U5 district makes its own decision about whether to play, based on local weather conditions. If it is within an hour of when you are scheduled to meet and you haven't been contacted via e-mail (either by the coach or the district coordinator), just show at the field. A determination will be made there whether to conduct clinic or send players home.

If your clinic is canceled, your district will automatically have a makeup on June 7.
