Travel Club Membership Dues

In addition to paying the SAC Travel Club Membership Dues above, all travel players are (1) obligated to pay their share of future team financial costs, in their entirety, as calculated by the club and/or team treasurer, in order to maintain playing eligibility within MSYSA and US Youth Soccer; and (2) required to purchase their own uniform items separately.

Refund Policy

JUNIOR ACADEMY/ RECREATION/ SELECT & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PROGRAMS

Registration refund requests must be made in writing either by email to registrar@sac-hc.org or mailed to SAC/HC Registrar, 4560 Centennial Lane, Ellicott City, MD 21042, prior to the first team activity. Telephone requests will not be honored. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. If SAC Juniors, Recreation or Select players have either been issued a uniform or had a jersey imprinted by their coach, an additional uniform fee will be charged. Players who submit a duplicate registration or who submit a registration and SAC is unable to assign to any team will receive a full refund. No refunds are provided to players who paid for both seasons (fall/spring registration) and do not play in the spring. Requests for registration refunds are processed within two-three weeks from receipt of the request. If the refund request is approved either a check or an electronic credit is given to the credit card originally charged with email confirmation.

TRAVEL/PRE-ACADEMY PROGRAM

There are no refunds for the Travel/Pre-Academy Program. No funds paid to SAC for Club Membership Dues will be refunded.   No funds paid to teams for team assessments will be refunded. Teams rely on commitments from all players for costs that the team will incur for the entire season.


Check Policy

By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law.



Family Discounts

Families with three (3) or more players participating in SAC’s Fall/Spring Junior Academy, Select and Recreation programs may qualify for a family rate. Please email registrar@sac-hc.org PRIOR to making payment for your players’ registration to have your fees discounted. Requests submitted AFTER payment has been processed will receive the discount as a credit on account to be used for future SAC program registrations. Requests must be made prior to the first game of the season. Retroactive discounts will not be provided.
