Rec/Select Technical Training
The Rec/Select Technical Training program is designed to provide an additional weekly training opportunity to SAC’s Recreational and Select players during the Fall and Spring seasons.

Rec Plus Technical Training
The Rec Plus Technical Training program represents one of the two weekly practices for players in SAC’s Rec Plus Program. This training session is conducted by a SAC appointed coach. Players are not able to register directly into this program.

Advanced Technical Training

The Advanced Technical Training Program is designed to provide an additional weekly training opportunity for SAC/BA Travel Players. The focus of this program is on improving Individual technique and decision making. Each session is designed to work on the following skills: Ball Mastery/Ball Control, Dribbling/Moves, Finishing Techniques, Passing/Receiving Techniques, Aerial Control, & 1v1 Domination.

Summer Tech Training

The Summer Technical Training program is designed to provide additional training opportunities to SAC players over the summer.

$135 for 6 sessions in the Fall. $135 for 6 sessions in the Spring.

Required Equipment
Parents are expected to provide for their child: an appropriately sized ball; a water bottle; shin guards; and soccer cleats.

Registration
Please note that the Fall and Spring technical training sessions are considered separate programs and will require separate registration for each.

Rec Plus Technical Training

6 sessions in the Fall and 6 sessions in the Spring are included in your Rec Plus registration fee.
